In 1924 — an era when the concept of “speed” had yet to take on a clear and defined form — one pioneer stepped boldly into the uncharted domain of extreme velocity. Bert Le Vack, later revered as “the fastest man on earth,” challenged the unknown with unwavering will and engineering mastery. Riding a Brough Superior S.S.100, he set a world speed record in Arpajon, France. In that same year and same place, he went on to establish an additional nine official speed records. Through these extraordinary achievements, Brough Superior earned its immortal title: “The World’s Fastest.”
Nearly a century later, in 2021, the reborn Brough Superior — carrying the spirit of Bert Le Vack and the enduring philosophy of founder George Brough — unveiled a monumental commemorative model under the direction of Thierry Henriette. In honor of the nine historic speed records, only nine units were created. While faithfully inheriting the classical presence of the S.S.100, the machine is refined with the most advanced technologies of the modern age: a lightweight machined-titanium frame, the innovative Fior-type suspension, and exceptional stopping power delivered by Beringer disc brakes. Upon the fuel tank, the legendary name “Le Vack” is engraved in quiet dignity, its mechanical expression exuding a profound and unmistakable presence. A motorcycle that speaks through its motion — a tribute model that carries the aesthetics of speed, the memories of craftsmen, and the enduring spirit of those who shaped its history into the future.
