── A legend carved upon the sands, awakened anew.
In the 1920s, seekers of speed gathered at a sacred place known as Pendine Sands.
Along the southwestern coast of Wales stretches an approximately eleven-kilometer straight,
revealed only at low tide — a vast natural proving ground shaped by the sea itself.
It was here that pioneers, entranced by the allure of the unknown,
challenged the very boundaries of velocity.
In 1927, two innovators — George Brough and Freddie Dixon — arrived upon this windswept expanse with the Brough Superior S.S.100. Their purpose was singular: to push the limits of speed ever further. Slicing through the wind and gliding over the sand, they achieved an extraordinary feat — a solo motorcycle world speed record of 130.6 mph (approx. 209 km/h). This triumph forever engraved the Brough Superior name as a symbol of uncompromising speed, and Pendine Sands gained a new chapter of myth.
The Pendine Dixon revives that indelible memory for the modern age. Bearing the name of Freddie Dixon, it embodies Brough Superior’s devotion to speed, engineering excellence, and the unwavering pursuit of mastery. Its classical silhouette holds the spirit of heroes past, while contemporary engineering breathes new life within its form.
Freddie Dixon — challenger, visionary, and fierce competitor. A victor of the Isle of Man TT, his talent and resolve carved a luminous path into racing history. For him, “speed” was intention, aesthetic, and at times a prayer whispered toward the horizon. His spirit pulses within this machine.
The roar upon the sand, the record dissolved into the wind — Pendine Dixon carries that fleeting brilliance once more across the world.
